About Me
I am an educator, facilitator, and systems thinker. I am a retired teacher, a mother of five in a blended family, and the founder of Sesawo Solutions.
My work focuses on helping people understand the underlying premises shaping their choices, relationships, and leadership. Rather than emphasizing surface-level change, I support clarity at the level where patterns form and decisions originate.
I draw from decades of experience in education, family life, and spiritual development, including study across multiple traditions and service as an Akomfo within ancestral lineages. This grounding allows me to integrate emotional, somatic, spiritual, and practical perspectives without separating them.
My facilitation style is direct, grounded, and structured. I value clear language, thoughtful pacing, and work that holds over time. Whether working one-on-one or with groups, my aim is to support coherence, stability, and intentional action.
Dream with intention. Work with clarity. Live in alignment.
Growth doesn’t have to mean burnout.
At Sesawo Solutions, we’ve got you. This is a space designed to help you quiet the noise, understand what’s really driving your decisions, and move forward with purpose. Through guided reflection, embodied awareness, and practical tools, you gain clarity without overwhelm and momentum without self-betrayal.
Here, you don’t have to hustle harder or perform better—you learn how to work smarter, from a grounded internal premise. The result is sustainable growth in your work, relationships, and leadership, rooted in self-trust and alignment.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually matters—well.

“This space helped me understand why I move the way I do in my relationships and my work. Once I saw my premise clearly, everything else started to make sense.”
— Participant, Tree of Life Session

How I Work
I work through guided conversation, structured reflection, and practical frameworks that help people understand what’s shaping their decisions and relationships. My facilitation is steady and deliberate, creating space to think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward without pressure or performance.
What I Don’t Do
I don’t offer quick fixes, motivational coaching, or work that relies on urgency or constant output. This is not about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about understanding patterns and making choices that can be sustained over time.
Who This Is For
This work is for people who are carrying responsibility while navigating growth — educators, caregivers, leaders, creatives, and those in transition. It is especially supportive for young adults ages 18–25 who are forming identity, direction, and decision-making patterns during a critical developmental stage.
Whether you are stepping into adulthood, recalibrating after school or family expectations, or learning how to relate, work, and lead with intention, this work offers structure and clarity without pressure. If you value steadiness, alignment, and understanding over speed or performance, this space is designed for you.
Next Step
If this approach resonates, you’re welcome to explore the work further through a class, facilitated conversation, or one-on-one session when the timing feels right.
